Operation : Fully AutomaticSample Fill and Forget: All the selection of programming is fully protectedform power failure including HOLD action of melting temperature. Once thestart action is initiated, it will reach to find out the melting point ofsample, even multiple time power failure.
The instrument basically consistsof a miniature furnace with Auto controlled heating rate arrangement, an aircirculating arrangement and a
digital temp. Indicatingcircuitry with necessary controls, When the Start key is pressed, heatingstarts. There is Auto detection ofOpto-coupled
light transmission system, Whensample melts , photo diode detects the signal and Melting Temperature put on hold / latched ondisplay automatically. The furnace becomes off and the cooling fan ONsimultaneously. The instrument givesaudio & visual indications, on reaching the temperature at which the sample melts.
