Product Description
These lab furnaces (0-1500°C) are specially designed to meet the requirements of high temperature applications. In these furnaces, the casing is manufactured using MS reinforced with iron angles. Along with this, the chamber of these furnaces is made of ceramic Zirconium Board having horizontally placed elements. Heating is carried out through silicon carbide rods and controlled through transformer. The furnaces have large surface radiation ratio to enhance thermal efficiency and reduce power consumption. There is a control panel fitted with the furnaces and having digital temperature indicator cum controller.

FAQ's of HIGH TEMPERATURE FURNACE 1200 C. (INDUSTRIAL) :
Q: How does the HIGH TEMPERATURE FURNACE 1200C ensure uniform heating?
A: The furnace uses high-quality Kanthal A1 or MoSi2 heating elements and a precise PID programmable temperature controller, paired with high-density ceramic fiber insulation. This combination delivers a uniform heat distribution within 5C at 1200C, critical for consistent laboratory and industrial results.
Q: What safety features are incorporated into this industrial furnace?
A: For safety, the furnace includes over-temperature protection, an automatic cutoff system, industrial-grade high-temperature valves, and an insulated swing-type door. Its large digital display provides easy status monitoring, further supporting secure operation.
Q: When should I use the manual versus automatic spray mode?
A: Manual spraying mode is suitable for sample-specific procedures needing operator supervision or intervention. Automatic mode is ideal for routine processes, ensuring uniform application and reducing manual effort. Users can switch between modes based on process requirements.
Q: Where is the HIGH TEMPERATURE FURNACE typically used?
A: This furnace is designed for laboratory and industrial settings, accommodating applications such as material testing, heat treatment, sterilization, and research where precise high-temperature control is needed. Its robust build allows placement in demanding industrial environments.
Q: How does the furnace handle cooling after high-temperature processes?
A: The standard model utilizes natural air cooling, but there is an option for a forced air cooling system to accelerate the cooling process. This flexibility helps maintain equipment longevity and operator safety during frequent temperature cycling.
Q: What are the benefits of the integrated steam system and adjustable sterilization settings?
A: The integrated steam system (optional) and adjustable sterilization time (0-999 min) allow for precise control over sterilization cycles, enhancing process flexibility and ensuring thorough sample and chamber sterilization up to 120C, meeting stringent laboratory protocols.
Q: What power and installation requirements should be considered?
A: The furnace operates on 220V/380V, 50Hz/60Hz, consuming between 6-12 kW depending on the model. It requires a compressed air supply (6-8 bar) for specific operations and should be installed in well-ventilated areas to address high-temperature processing needs safely.
