Precision-Crafted for Accurate TestingEvery aspect of the Cloud and Pour Point Bath is engineered for reliability and repeatability. Featuring four independent chambers with heat-resistant borosilicate glassware, the bath allows simultaneous sample testing under consistent temperature conditions. Its rapid heating capability, high accuracy, and advanced digital controls make it a valuable asset for laboratories focused on petroleum product analysis.
Built for Laboratory Convenience and SafetyTransport handles, a lightweight design, and robust stainless steel construction enhance the bath's usability and mobility within laboratory environments. Safety features such as automatic cut-off for low bath level and over-temperature protection minimize risk and maintain operational integrity, all while maintaining power efficiency with a 750W rated input.
FAQ's of Cloud And Pour Point Bath:
Q: How does the Cloud and Pour Point Bath ensure uniform temperature throughout the testing process?
A: The bath utilizes a magnetic stirrer for thorough circulation of the special low-temperature immersion liquid, which maintains consistent and uniform temperature across all four test chambers, crucial for precise analysis.
Q: What types of laboratory tests can this bath perform?
A: This bath is specifically designed for determining the cloud and pour points of petroleum products, complying with ASTM D97, D2500, and IP-15 standards to provide reliable laboratory data.
Q: When should I use this equipment in petroleum laboratories?
A: The Cloud and Pour Point Bath should be used whenever you need to measure the lowest temperature at which petroleum samples become cloudy or cease to flow, especially important in fuel formulation and quality checks.
Q: Where can the bath be installed within a laboratory?
A: Thanks to its moderate footprint (570 x 450 x 670 mm) and fitted handles, the bath can be easily placed and repositioned as needed in most laboratory setups that accommodate similar benchtop equipment.
Q: What safety and operational features does the bath offer?
A: Key safety features include an automatic cut-off for low bath level and for exceeding high temperatures. The double-walled insulation adds protection, and the robust digital temperature controller ensures safe, precise operation.
Q: How do I benefit from using this bath in my laboratory work?
A: Users benefit from rapid, accurate testing, ease of operation, durability, and compliance with international standards. Its digital interface and high-temperature resistance glassware further contribute to safety and performance.
