Advanced Drying PerformanceEquipped with a high-grade nichrome wire heating element, the Trays Dryer Instrument delivers uniform, efficient drying. Forced air convection, driven by a motorized blower, guarantees heat distribution throughout the chamber, resulting in consistent product quality. The interior's mirror-polished stainless steel surface further facilitates even air flow and easy cleaning.
Versatile and Energy EfficientWith models supporting 12 to 192 trays and customizable tray sizes, this instrument accommodates varying batch sizes for diverse applications. Energy conservation is prioritized through mineral wool insulation and an adjustable heating capacity (up to 18 kW), making it suitable for both industrial and laboratory settings while minimizing operational costs.
Focus on Safety and UsabilitySafety components such as overheat protection, robust silicon rubber gaskets for airtight closure, and a digital temperature control system ensure operator security. Floor standing mounts with castor wheels enable easy relocation. The easy-to-read digital LED display and adjustable shelving provide user-friendly operation and monitoring.
FAQ's of Trays Dryer Instrument:
Q: How does the Trays Dryer Instrument ensure uniform drying throughout the chamber?
A: The dryer features a motorized blower-driven forced air convection system, distributing heated air evenly within the stainless steel chamber. This uniform air circulation, combined with the mirror-polished interior, ensures all products on each tray receive consistent drying, improving overall efficiency and product quality.
Q: What safety features are included in the Trays Dryer Instrument?
A: The instrument is equipped with multiple safety elements, such as overheat protection, safety interlocks, a safety thermostat, and silicon rubber gaskets for airtight door sealing. These features prevent overheating, accidental exposure, and energy loss, contributing to safe and reliable operation.
Q: When should I use a model with a higher tray capacity?
A: A higher tray count (such as 48, 96, or 192 trays) is recommended when processing large batches or fulfilling industrial-scale drying and dehydration requirements. Smaller models (12 or 24 trays) are ideal for laboratories or facilities with lower throughput needs.
Q: Where is the Trays Dryer Instrument typically used?
A: This equipment is widely used in industrial, hospital, and laboratory environments in India for drying and dehydrating various materials. Its robust construction, hygienic stainless steel interiors, and versatility make it suitable for pharmaceuticals, food processing, and scientific research applications.
Q: What are the benefits of the instrument's double-walled construction with mineral wool insulation?
A: The double-walled construction, insulated with high-grade mineral wool, minimizes heat loss, reduces energy consumption, and maintains safe surface temperatures. This design maximizes energy efficiency, reduces operational costs, and enhances the dryer's thermal stability.
Q: How is the temperature controlled and monitored during operation?
A: A digital LED display and advanced digital temperature controller allow precise temperature setting and monitoring. The instrument maintains temperatures up to 250C with an accuracy of 1C, ensuring repeatable and controlled drying processes for sensitive materials.
Q: What customization options are available for the trays and other components?
A: Tray sizes can be customized (standard size is 16" x 32") to suit specific requirements. The number of trays, power supply (single or three phase), and internal material grade (SS 304 or SS 316) can be specified according to application needs.
