All components are interchangeable and replaceable, Rotary Vacuum Flash Evaporator is an ideal instrument for quick evaporation and concentration of solutions under vacuum without any fear of decomposition. It is particularly suitable for handling heat sensitive materials especially when dissolved in less volatile solvents because the distillation is effected under vacuum much below the normal boiling point of the solvent. The surface area of the solution in a half filled kjeldhal flask is approximately tripled by production of film on inner surface due to continuous rotation of this flask under vacuum, the rotation also prevents bumping and minimizes foaming
