Product Description
This equipment is to speed up the process with ease and to prepare accurate cylindrical specimens for Marshall Stability Testing Machine. The mix is uniformly heated and mixed to yield homogenous mix and better moulds for testing. Planetary Mixer:Electrically operated, fitted with heating jacket for thorough mixing of Bitumen. The mixer is operated by 0.5 HP, single phase electric motor connected to epicyclical type stainless steel paddle to impart both planetary and revolving motion for uniform mixing. Mixers have two speeds of 140 ± 5 RPM and 285 ± 10 RPM with planetary motions of approximately 62 ± 5 RPM and 125 ± 10 RPM respectively. The stand of the mixer has an arrangement to raise or lower the bowl. Stainless Steel Bowl of about 5 Ltr. capacity is fitted with handle. The 500 watts heating jacket with energy regulator to control the temperature is fitted below the bowl. Complete Unit is supported on strong iron frame. Suitable for operation on 230 volts, single phase, 50 cycles, A.C. Supply. Supplied with Test Report and Instructions Manual.
Robust Stainless Steel ConstructionCrafted from high-grade stainless steel, our planetary mixer is resistant to corrosion and wear, making it ideal for laboratory and hospital settings where hygiene and durability are priorities. The robust construction ensures longevity and easy cleaning, supporting high standards of safety and reliability.
Efficient Manual OperationThe mixer is operated manually, providing straightforward control and reducing the risk of operational errors. This makes it especially suitable for specialized laboratory procedures and hospital applications, where precision and safety are essential parameters.
High Mixing Output for Laboratory and Hospital UseWith a maximum output of up to 120 kg/hr, our planetary mixer can efficiently handle large batches, accelerating the process for laboratory preparations or hospital formulations. The design ensures consistent results, even with varying sample types or volumes.
