Product Description

High temp. Vacuum furnace with recrystallized alumina tube having temp. Range 5 deg c above ambient to 1600 deg c. Heating zone 300mm length. Thermocouple PT-PT-RH 10% with ampere meter, thermal fuse and switch gears. Heating will be done by mosi2 heating rod . Alumina tube length will be above 600 mm with Ptfe gasket,metal flange and glass jacketed lid and one glass tee with two needle valve for provision of both vacuum and inert gas facility. PID temp. Controller having 4 ramp 4 soak with thyristor power pack with adjustment to set rise of heat per minute for above furnace. This furnace will come with PC interface. The following model we offer.
