·         Unscrew the stopper

·         Fill warm water up to two third of the capacity

·         Expel the air by pressing the bottle gently

·         Put the stopper and tight it

·         Bottle is ready for use

Precautions:

·         Do not use boiling water

·         Keep one third of the bottle empty

·         After filling press gently to expel air

·         Stopper should not be loose

·         When not in use keep the empty bottle upside down after removing the stopper

·         Avoid mishandling by children
